Jay Building Group was founded in 2013 by our Director, Jay.

What began as a passion for exceptional craftsmanship has evolved into one of Perth’s trusted premium building and renovation contractors. With more than a decade of industry experience, we specialise in full turn-key residential and commercial fit-out projects across the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia.

Our founder Jay built this company on one core promise: uncompromising attention to detail, transparent communication, and superior workmanship on every project. We own a fully qualified in-house team covering all trades required for complete property renovations — from gyprock, plastering, electrical, plumbing, gas fitting to full tiling. Our tradespeople all hold Western Australian trade qualifications with a minimum of 5 years hands-on site experience, supported by our lead engineer with over 15 years of building expertise.

We deliver every renovation project from bare space to fully finished home. We handle everything inside your property, managing every stage of construction from planning through to final handover. Whether luxury residential renovations or commercial fit-outs, we treat every project with the same dedication and precision.

As a local Perth builder, our commitment is to turn your vision into reality, creating timeless, high-quality spaces that stand the test of time.
